The Not-So-Fine Print
General Information
- Smoking
Is Not Permitted In Any Of Our Cabins -
There is a MINIMUM $250 Damage Charge if you ignore this
policy
- All Cabin & Campsite Rates Are Subject
To 9% NH Tax
- Pets
Are NOT Permitted Anywhere On The Premises
- NOT
your pet, your friend's pet, in the car, crate or anywhere
- Minimum Stays May Apply During Certain
Periods
- Cabin Check In - 3 pm - 8 pm * * * Check
Out - BEFORE 10 am. Early check-in, Late check-out may be available
for an additional charge. If you are in your cabin after 10 am
on check-out day you will be charged an additonal fee.
- Cabin rentals are payable in advance
upon arrival for the total of nights reserved. Personal/Company
checks are not accepted at check-in.
Cash customers will be required to provide a $250
Security Deposit; sorry, but there are no exceptions to this
policy.
- Late Cabin Check Ins May
Be Available With Prior Arrangement
- Visitors are welcome from 9 am until
9 pm & must register with the office. We reserve the right to limit
the number of visitors per cabin/site. No Overnight Visitors. Adults
- $5.00 ........... Children - $2.00
Kitchen/kitchenettes
In the past we had numerous complaints
and even lost reservations due to the lingering aroma/odor/scent of
curry/masala.
Our cabins are small and the the aroma
from cooking curry permeates every inch of them. We spent the entire
summer trying to deal with the issue. Nothing that we tried resolved
the problem and no other approaches are of a practicle or financially
feasible nature. For those of you who use Curry Powder/Masala and generally
prepare curry dishes, we are not telling you anything you do not already
know.
Just as we had to prohibit the burning
of candles and incense in our cabins we now must prohibit the use of
Curry. Cooking with Curry/masala in any cabin will be considered DAMAGE
just as Smoking or the Burning of Incense or Candles. All Damage Policies
& Charges apply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
but we must be mindful of ALL of our guests.
Deposits
- Reservations made within 14 days of
arrival require payment in full at the time of reservation.
- Reservations made 15 days or more prior
to arrival require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
- Deposits may be paid with a personal
check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Checks/Money Orders must be
received within 7 days of making your reservation. Checks/Money Orders
must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
- Deposits are applied to the end of your
stay, no refunds for early departures.
Cancellation
Policy - CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE STAY ONLY
- NO REFUNDS
We view a reservation as a two-way commitment.
We agree to hold (not rent) a specific
cabin/site for you for a specific date(s). You agree to provide us with
a valid credit card, money order or check to use as a deposit on that
reservation.
Please do not make a reservation if you
are in any way uncertain of your commitment to stay in one of our cabins/sites
for a specific date.
If you do make a reservation and are then
forced to cancel it, the following policies will be STRICTLY followed:
- Cancellations at least 15
days prior to arrival will receive a 100% credit of
the deposit towards another stay during the same calendar year.
- Cancellations at least 8
days prior to arrival will receive a 50% credit of
the deposit towards another stay during the same calendar year.
- Cancellations made 7
days or less prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.
- Holiday period cancellations
- No Refunds or Credits.
- DATE CHANGES
are considered cancellations and
the above charges/policies will apply.
We don't
charge extra for sunshine, and we can't give refunds due to bad weather.
